NNVAWI Conference -Earlybird Registration Closes February 1, 2015

Presenter Confirmation and Acceptance- Due January 15, 2015

The caliber of the abstracts submitted to the 20th Conference of the Nursing Network on Violence Against Women International scientific review committee was exceptional. All individuals have been notified if their abstract has been accepted for presentation at the conference. 

All presenters must register for the conference by January 15, 2015. The date and time of the presentations will then be confirmed by February 1, 2015. If you have already registered for the conference, thank you! If you have not registered, please do so soon. Both registration and hotel accomodation can be accessed at the NNVAWI website.

The registration fee includes breakfast, lunch and snacks each day as well as entry to all sessions. Delegates may wish to take advantage of the reduced rate that has been negotiated with the conference hotel, the Emory Hotel Conference Center.

Earlybird Conference Registration-Due February 1, 2015

Earlybird Conference Registration at a reduced rate for all other delegates closes on February 1, 2015. Our 20th conference promises to be a great event. This 3-day conference will include many opportunities to discuss some of the most important issues related to violence against women across the globe. The program will include an extensive array of oral and poster presentations addressing innovations in research, practice, education and policy; plenary addresses from leaders in the field, and many interactive sessions.

A special pre-conference on April 9, 2015 co-hosted with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is an event not to be missed! It will also include a tour of the David J. Sencer CDC Museum.

When registering for the conference you will also be able to join or renew your NNVAWI annual membership.

Student Registration and Membership

The NNVAWI conference provides an excellent opportunity for students at all levels to meet and network with established researchers working in the field of Violence Against Women. At the conference, there will also be a hosted breakfast specifically for graduate students to meet together.

A special conference student registration rate, that includes a 2015 NNVAWI membership, of $150USD has been negotiated for this meeting!
