Spring is Here!
Well, I am pretty sure spring (or Fall for our colleagues in the Southern Hemisphere) has arrived for some of you! Here in Southern Ontario, it is still snowy and cold. However, when we all meet again in three months time in beautiful Vancouver, BC, I can assure you, the weather will be lovely. I would like to express a tremendous amount of gratitude to Dr. Victoria Smye, the Conference Chair, and Dr. Helen Brown, Conference Co-Chair. We are thrilled to offer the opportunity for our members to also register for and attend the Critical Perspectives in Nursing and Health Care International Conference, chaired by Dr. Gladys McPherson.
The NNVAWI Conference Planning Committee and the Board of Directors were impressed with both the number and high quality of abstracts that were submitted for review for the conference. With the presentation of such innovative, international research in the field of violence, this conference promises to be an excellent opportunity for us to come together to learn, share and connect.
See you in Vancouver,
